mungkin aku agak ketinggalan zaman, baru harini aku tau pasal telur palsu/fake eggs from fesbuk dan belog.
quite shock, and unbelievable. but that's the reality of world.
dan yang paling aku tak suke dengar, all these fake eggs originated from China.

aku baru je balik from China, dan pegi China pun under my course Food Science and Tech. sangatlah terkilan bile tau news macam ni. last 2 years, gempar dengan story melamine contamination in infants milk. now? kes telur pulak.
i had such a good impression towards China after i went there. because of it's development country, technology, knowledge. China sekarang tengah membangun dengan teramat pesat, dan aku percaya dalam masa at least 5 years, China dah maju setanding or even better than Europe. but with this new case, i think China's name will again be scratched!

nak tau camane diorang buat fake eggs?
yang penting kene ade bahan-bahan kimia like calcium carbonate, starch, resin, gelatin, alum and other chemical products.
then akan terhasillah 2 bahan kat bawah ni, iaitu for egg yolk and egg white, together with mold.
paraffin wax pulak digunakan untuk buat egg shell. just dip the egg into the solution, let it dry and, dah siap!
can u see the difference between fake and real egg? no rite? tapi ade beberapa perbezaan yang kite boleh perhatikan.
1. fake egg doesn't has thin film inside the egg shell.
2. egg yolk for fake egg will gave dark yellow color.
3. the size of fake egg will be bigger (like gred A real egg)
the fake egg can also be fried! tapi egg yolk akan sedikit membonjol keluar dan mase proses menggoreng pun, akan banyak bunyi meletup, which cause from excess water content in fake egg.
when people says about fake item, they will refer to China. Please China, i know u r better than this. lenyapkan mind set people about 'fake' China!
